How can I return the product or products in my online order?
You can send your unused and unaltered products that you have purchased from www.atelier38.store, together with your invoice or receipt, to xxx address free of charge within 14 days from the invoice date via xxx Cargo.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
For you to fully enjoy your shopping; the shipping costs of all products you send with a return request belong to www.atelier38.store.
How can I change the product or products in my online order?
There is no exchange option in online shopping. However, you can always return your order FREE OF CHARGE within the specified period and place a new order.
Do I have to pay any fee when returning the product or products in my order?
No, you can return all your standard shipments free of charge via xxx Cargo.
Can I have the product I purchased altered?
Since we do not have a physical store, we cannot provide alteration service.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel orders that have not been shipped. You can send your order cancellation request by sending an e-mail to iletisim@atelier38.store with your order number.
Under what conditions can I return the products in my order?
In order to return the product or products in your order, the following conditions must be met. Otherwise, your return request will not be accepted.
You must send your return package within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
The product/products must be unused.
The labels of the product/products must be on the product and undamaged.
When will the refund of the product or products I return be made?
The cancellation and refund of orders that have reached you are made to the credit card with which the payment was made within 1-7 business days after the products reach our warehouse.
Why is my refund made in installments?
The entire amount of the product you purchased in installments is refunded to your credit card, but the refund to your credit card by your bank is reflected on your card in installments.
Which company will my cargo be sent with?
The cargo of your orders is delivered to the address you specified via xxx Cargo.
How much is your cargo fee?
The cargo fee for your purchases made through www.atelier38.store is xxx TL. The cargo fee will be paid by us for your purchases over XXX TL in a single transaction.
When will my cargo arrive?
It is stated as 1-3 days in 95% of Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa, Izmir, Antalya and surrounding provinces, and 4-6 days for other provinces.
At what hours will the product I purchased be delivered?
Your order is sent to the delivery address you have specified by xxx Cargo during the working hours of 09:00 - 18:00 (on Business Days).
My order has been shipped. I want to change my address. How can I do it?
You can send an e-mail to iletisim@atelier38.store so that we can send your current address information to xxx Cargo.
My order arrived when I was not at my address. What should I do?
The cargo company delivers your order to the address you have specified. If you cannot be at your address, a note is left stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not pick up your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to our warehouse.
