How can I return the product or products of my online order?

For this, please send an e-mail to iletisim@atelier38.store including your order number, product name and reason for return. You can send your unused and unaltered products that you purchased from www.atelier38.store, together with your invoice or receipt, to:

free of charge via MNG Kargo within 14 days from the invoice date at the latest.

How can I change the product or products in my online order?

There is no exchange option in online shopping. However, you can always return your order FREE OF CHARGE within the specified period and place a new order.

Do I have to pay any fee when returning the product or products in my order?

No, you can return all your standard shipments free of charge via MNG Kargo.

When will the refund of the product or products I return be made?

The cancellation and return of orders that have reached you, are debitted to the credit card with which the payment was made within 1-7 business days after the products reach our warehouse.

Under what conditions can I return the products in my order?

In order to return the product or products in your order, the following conditions must be met. Otherwise, your return request will not be accepted.

• You must send your return package within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

• The product/products must be unused.

• The labels of the product/products must definitely be on the product and undamaged.

• Products with a name or date of your choice added to them, or products that are otherwise specially produced for you are not eligible for return and Exchange.
